Yeah, that happens sometimes. If we get snarky with first timers they usually get discouraged and don't come back. Some of them are green as grass and have no idea of what to ask or how to ask it. That's not their fault.
If a first time poster irritates you don't hijack the thread or get sarcastic...just put them on IGNORE or scroll on past. See how easy that is?

K&B is a reefer company based out of Sioux City,Iowa. They are NOTORIOUS for running their drivers ragged,literally to the point of exhaustion.
They were exposed years ago on “20/20” when they tried to force a driver to drive to deliver a load even though he flatly told them that he was too tired to drive (this was before the federal coercion laws went into effect).
