Dart Transit Company Screwed me over

What did you run over.. seems every company passes people on the road test, unless you really really messed up

 

Short of running over the instructor or crashing in the building..you shoulda passed with flying colors lol

 

Why would they pay you? You did not get hired due to failing test.

 

The company did the rest of us a SOLID.....by not hiring somebody that does not possess the skills to safely navigate a CMV. So what's the problem ?

 

Technically you were never hired, since you didnt finish the orientation.

 

that's right. no one that i knew of, ever got paid for incomplete training/orientation.

 

they WILL PAY your lodging, whether iit be a bunk room or motel.

they WILL PAY for at least one meal (at least many do pay this)

other than that, they FOUND something in your background that sent you packing.

just because a preliminary background check on you was done, is not the FINAL background checks they do. heck, it can go up to the LAST day of orientation, and they can kick you out.!

stay OFF the gas pedal, keep your nose clean. or don't you understand now that your CDL means anything?

 

Let me guess... You're a 25-30 year old, and you think everybody owes you something. Right?

Seriously, if you expect to get a job you need to start THINKING about what you are doing and what you are GOING to do. I'm sure they gave you some contructive criticisim as they planted their boot in your ###. Do yourself a favor and think about what they said. Then go look for another job.
