I do not have dash lights on my 378. There is no power to the fuse. If I jump from another circuit in the fuse panel they will work but they are on all the time regardless of it the headlights are on or not. How can this be? Seems as though power must be going to the dash and then feeding that fuse, then back to the panel lights? If that fuse was just fed from battery power then they should work normally when I jump it. Any ideas?

You probably have a bad relay or check you're dimmer switch for the dash lights that could possibly be bad
