DAT or ITS

What part of the service don't you like? That might lead to better advice on alternatives, or a way to fix it with GL.

Personally, I thought GL was too difficult to use. Too much technology for the sake of technology. Others seem to like it. Oh well.

I was running DAT (Members Edge thru OOIDA) and ITS. I got tired of paying two bills and cancelled DAT. Apparently some time in the recent past, they have added a broker feedback feature. I did not know this at the time and may have stuck with them instead of ITS. I like ITS a little better feature-wise, but they do not include broker credit rating like DAT and do not have this feedback thing I never discovered on my own, either.

At the end of the day, they pretty much do the same thing for the same group of brokers with a few exceptions.

 

The fuel desk feature on ITS is handy.

I like the clean look of Members Edge, it's uncluttered.

I have both, spend most of my time on the OOIDA board.

Sometimes there will be loads posted on one that are not posted on the other, but they generally have the same loads/brokers as each other.

Members Edge is cheaper.

ITS informs the brokers whose loads you click on that you were looking....sometimes useful, sometimes not....
