    Mix the peppered chicken breast in about 2 or 3 minutes before it's ready to serve with the sauces ( DO NOT DROWN WITH SAUCES ) , stir, stir, stir, and serve over rice.
    Makes about 6 large plates. No fat, all nutrition.

    Hands hurt too much to clean the floors but you can cook with all sorts of sauces and spices?


    Seems legit is all I'm saying ;)

    Actually the onion hurt, breaking it up. I was wondering how I was going to do the little thai peppers. Those will literally make you flush your eyes out with water over and over again for twenty minutes if you space it, as I have, and rub your eyes.

    HOWEVER

    When chopping I hold them with left hand. So knife was in right, thus no problem. lol

    CHOP in large pieces ( All ingridients should be fresh )

    1 Large Red Bell Pepper
    1 Medium Size Zuchinni
    1 Pound Mushrooms
    1 Large Carrot
    1/2 Large Purple Onion
    Handful of Snowpeas ( just put those in whole )
    BIG Head of Brocolli
    5 thai peppers finely chopped

    Cook 4 cups of rice. I use minute rice.

    Cut chicken breast into tiny squares.

    Cook chicken in large pan. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Add fresh black pepper to chicken. Put chicken in bowl cover so it doesn't dry out.

    All vegies in pan with a little water. Cook. Turn and mix every 3 minutes. When carrots are cooked, put in sauces and chicken, stir, stir, stir.

    Serve over rice.

    This can be made without any sauce just using a tad more onion, pepper, and some cabbage for truly hardcore diets.
