Dave's Home made vegetable with beef.
All ingredients are chopped.
BIG POT
I guess a gallon or so of water.
(3) Large potato's
(2) Slightly smaller than baseball, turnips
(1) Large rutabaga
(3) Large carrots
(1) Large yellow onion
(1) Small head of cabbage
(1) Handful of Italian Parsley
(1) Pound of whatever steak you have. Cut off all fat, and cut into pieces.
(3) Cans stewed tomatoes, I use Hunts.
Salt & Pepper
Simmer for about 3 hours. Goes great with noodles. I use No Yokes dumplings.Last edited: Jan 7, 2018
