    i put in an app for davis express two weeks ago i keep calling they say we have paperwork from last company but no one recuriter can say i am hired or not the one over my app i quess is never in i want the job just wish they would call me back when they say they are this has been two times no calls i have to keep calling has anyone on here every drove for them and is this normal thanks for help

    No, it is Not normal for them.

    Last I knew they only had 1 person working recruiting.

    I'd call, and wait on hold until that person picks up.

    Today IS monday, and it IS kind of a holiday.

    Work with them they are worth the wait......

    I know how you feel southpoint- I put in an application 4.5 weeks ago with a carrier here in my area and they have yet to let me know one way or another. I did not know it would take this long to make a decision.:biggrin_25511:

    i dont call but every four days or so they say they have paperwork from old company which is greatwide used to be southpoint been there five years so i know what kind of hauling davis does like this morning guy says well call you right back and dont hear nothing for fourdays then i call when i say i am going to call you i call i just wish i knew if i had job or not never been without one old company is shuting down thanks for commets any help is welcome

    Did you send in any apps. elsewhere just in case their giving you the run around? Not saying they are, but it could be the case.

    I know the father of one of your co-workers(former). And he already went to orientation with Davis on 2/14/2011.

    Have you looked at: Wel Companies(just up the road), IRT(Winter Haven), Bynum(Auburndale), Oakley(Lk. Wales), or Heyl(Zephyrhills).
