They deal with slick tongue politicians and haven't used this against them? Maybe they can't call a strike (I'd like to see the law that says they can't). They can organize a national BBQ for all it's members and "future" members in D.C. The only requirement is that you bobtail in! Call it a field trip. Call it whatever!!! Declaring that they can't call a strike means they don't want to be as creative with the politicians as they are with us!
