This non union outfit paid one of the better rates back when I was living in eastern WI during the 90's
Nice equipment, busy and plenty of work. A former supervisor left for that company, only thing was they were in bookoo debt, not a real strong cash and carry business back then. Mgt was known to be driver oriented to the max

In Milwaukee, Dayton is THE PLACE TO BE as far as non-union LTL. Pay is very good, 19-20/hr to start, top out at 23.xx, mileage pay for their linehaul is good as well.. Many of my former co-workers from another LTL carrier work for Dayton now and they're treated well and rewarded handsomely. The downside is they're relatively difficult to get into because of the aforementioned.
