    Driver business leader. I know ... I don't know if these deal with company drivers or lease operators or either but it's a term only a huge corporation could come up with.

    Your DBL is basically your manager, or the person you directly answer to. This is Schneider's version of a DM (driver manager), dispatcher, or any member of management directly above the driver.
