Nor was I whining, but merely explaining my stance on the OP statement, regarding the "ridiculous" price of auto transport...and simply stated, rather than complaining about the issues upon deaf ears, pony up and do it yourself, open your business, run it on the hobo mentality, and get with me in 1-2 years, when the bank owns everything, and you have a chapter 11 on your hands for the next decade... Not very many things in this industry are done in greed, but in competition, and justifiable expectations out of how much time, effort, and expense goes into the auto expediting industry.

Sounds like you think you're the only one capable of chaining/strapping a car down..... Hmmm

Neither does ignorance! How many single cars are shipping ALL at the same time that fit the same pick/delivery schedule going that ENTIRE distance do you think a single carrier can schedule. Sign me up for that $15,000 now as YOU think it is done daily.

Oh & you think an enclosed car hauler like Sho-tyme knows nothing about car hauling? Wow.
Did you graduate at the top of your rocket science class?

Just please tell me you are not in control of a commercial truck rolling down the road. Please...

Dorsey, SHO-TYME, JTNTLLC and 2 others Thank this.

He knows nothing if he is comparing car hauling rates to cargo rates........ Continue on with your internet idolizing of Show-Tyme.... If he truly knew his business he would understand the difference in Cars n Cargo....

$100k cargo would be a bit cheaper, but most brokers require coverage for all cargo enclosed, and in his case, $500k is easily attained with a mix up of Lamborghini, Bentley, Ferrari, etc...I think you get the point. All cargo must be covered dollar for dollar at a minimum.
