DD 15 Fuel Leak from Fuel Filter Housing

    Hi guys: I Drive a freightliner cascadia 2013 with a dd 15 engine app 1 million miles on it. I just noticed a fuel leak coming from that rubber pipe in the fuel filter housing, which kind of sits on top of the steer axle. Stock Pictures that I found on the internet are attached. It is the black pipe showing on the bottom that is spitting fuel. No fault codes in the engine Can you please advise what is causing it and how it can be fixed...     That’s the drain for water in filter. Should just be able to tighten it by rotating the collar the hose is attached to.
