Dead pedal please help

    I have a 2020 freightliner m2 106 with a cummins l9 when driving the accelator pedal just stops working take your foot off and reapply works normal if you set the truck in curse control its drives as normal no dead pedal issues any help would be appreciated no warning codes or check engine lights
