    Just by looking at the video from the first link it looked like someone didn't lock their tandems after sliding their axles. I've seen the back doors and tandems laying in the road before, and it was from someone forgetting to lock their tandems.

    I looked at the 2nd link that said one of the drivers fell asleep but it's not opening properly on my phone.
