As a former Cop this is difficult to watch. There is a problem with the type of individual that many police departments hire today but it is a result of an all inclusive society that began in the 70's. Standards were greatly reduced for those who previously were unable to become police officers for various reasons. Height and weight restrictions were reduced, physical abilities were reduced.Mental apptitude tests were changed because some complained they were discriminatory. Now, because of the way society treats law enforcement those who would be better suited at it don't want anything to do with it. There are still good law enforcement officers out there and my thanks to them. Unfortunately they also have to work along with idiots just as truck drivers do every day. These are the times we now live in. For better or worse.
i stopped the video at the 3:30 point. this gives more anti-cop groups something to demand defunding and maybe even perhaps disbanding the police. the cop that did this, needs to face assault charges, i for one am sick and tired of the BS cops go thru on thier shift, but to not reconize something about the guy and taze him, is more so sickening. i hope the cop(s) involved get fired. maybe a job in the public library chasing after over-due books, is more thier forte`
Sickening...it seems like they just use any excuse to use the tons of equipment strapped to their costume
After watching that I’m at a loss for words. Literally. Now I’m outraged and pissed off to no end! I’ve dealt with deaf people on numerous occasions in numerous lines of work. And they’ll generally tell you if they’re deaf or write it down. These two officers definitely need to be disciplined-maybe even terminated. This went out of control from minute one!

Cops like these two idiots give the ones who actually do their job honorably a bad name… These are the kind of officers that need to be weeded out of these departments and have their peace officer licenses revoked.
