Decent HUB or even percentage pay just curious?

    I am more curious if there and good paying jobs that do hub pay I know it’s a rare thing lol

    Well i cant speak towards hub but most bulk wet or dry jobs i have done have always been percentage. Company i am with now was 24% before i went O/O and i make 89% with rates listed for each load and my own trailer.

    Hub miles used to be a recruiting tool a few years ago.

    my neighbor is a driver and he gets a percentage. I think it’s 20% .

    Said he averages 88 cents a mile driving heavy haul oversize loads. The truck grosses a lot more than that but they run a lot of deadhead. I think they usually gross $9 or 10 dollars a loaded mile or something in that range .
