decent regional companies

what are some decent companies that hire out of AZ for western regional or SW regional with 34 months experience? I've been looking into either Schneider or a dedicated family dollar for werner. what are the pros and cons of these two and what other options do I have. also if you know of any flatbed work out of AZ that doesn't require a a lot of tarping or a position pulling curtainside. (don't say Roehl, I've already worked for them)

 

I did check with them, they are on my list, i'm just trying to get a little more input before I make a decision. I've made the mistake of playing the job hopping game. I want to be 100% sure before I commit myself to a company for any length of time.
