    Hey everyone,

I just wanted to let everyone know about some decisions in my life. I had pre-hires from TMC, McElroy and Maverick and after a great deal of debate I have decided to become a Maverick. Really seems like the best place to start a career and like they actually care about drivers. I should be starting orientation on June 23rd. Hope to meet all you great Maverick drivers. I will keep everyone posted of my journey.

By the way, thanks to all you drivers on here who post and let me know so much about your company and your lives on the road.

Thanks jxu417. I really hope I am. I am very excited to start. I have so much to finish between now and my start date. Going through a divorce and selling my house, moving. I just have to get it done. Maverick seemed to treat the drivers the best and that was my ultimate decision.

I will either be in the June 16th or 23rd orientation. I will be in the glass division. I had the same decisions as you, JD. I had multiple pre-hires as well, and Maverick was at the top of my list. But it wasn't until a field recruiter came to my school and gave a presentation that far exceeded any of the others. He also discussed a lot of things that my over-the-phone recruiter didn't mention.

Thanks for all the encouragement drivers. I am really looking forward to it. I can not wait to get down to NLR and get started. Just have to wait for me current none driving job is over on the 20th. Going to be a long long wait.
