Decided to go with CRST

I have finished my 8 month obligation with this company. It took every bit of me on many occasions to not quit, like so many others have done so.
I realize there are issues with ANY company you go with, even if it's not in the transportation industry. However, the issues I had were non-stop, and varied greatly. I have never seen such disorganization, lack of communication, and just so many problems that made me question many times whether or not I had made the right choice in a career change.
I know there is better. And, hang in there knowing there is. It's like New York there..if you can make it there, you can make it ANYWHERE. Some people were more fortunate than me, so be it. I'm not going to complain and whine about every little issue. But, I must forewarn you, if you don't have a lot of patience, you will learn real fast how to have some! Or, you will leave.
I'm open to questions, but not to criticism or snarky remarks. There is a lot of misconception on how things are run, or done, at CRST. I will give the full, honest answer, without all the drama.
I have a chance to move forward to something better. They gave that to me, and I'm grateful for that.

They HAVE been losing accounts due to their CSA score. It was part of the safety meeting via phone, and a message came over the Qualcomm as well. As far as shutting down, don't know, and couldn't care less.
