Looks like Decker if everything works out. Will be out of the FT Dodge terminal, so that I can run the way that I need and get the miles. Will still be able to get home often, but then again, the name of the game, make money, and since I will be out at least 3 weeks, I can do this and they are willing to work with me on this. I decided on no Averitt since I was told that I might get into alot of LTL, SRT did not want to return calls, and the same with JBS. Also JBS, it was a new MW regional division, and there would be growing pains, and not sure if I wanted to get involved in that. They are still 2nd on my list just in case.

I too am leased to SRT. I couldn't tell you anything about SRT's lease program though. Truth be told, I don't care about companies lease program.

Now if it helps any, I've heard A LOT of good things about JBS and their lease program. Maybe something to really look into if you were still interested in them.

    I wish you the best.

I like that decker has vans and flats. Freight diversity and volume is always good. Averitte too has flatbed and supposedly they have guys that tarp your loads too.

you can get hired with less then a year if you have a good job history. and its not 37 minus 8 for 29 its 37 cpm, you get paid 37cpm each and every week only thing is 8cpm is not taxed each week, puts close to 2cpm in your pocket take home each week. and yes you can still take your allotted per day on the road deduction just not the full amount, has to be reduced a bit, like down to 45.00 a day, thats all. and we also have a sliding pay scale for loads under 400.00 miles to help make more when on a shorter load.
