I was employed with this company for ten months, they force dispatch. If you dont shut up and donot do what your told for any reason you are punished by sitting for extended periods of time. I made a complaint and asked for another dispatcher then only made $300 in two weeks. My wife and I finally had enough and even though I returned the truck and loaded trailer to the missoula yard a full day before delivery they still reported a negitive mark on my driver report ruining my chance for employment with any other company for at least six months. My expeirance with Decker was very poor treatment of thier drivers after the hooking you into driving for them. I felt like it was alot of false promises and I would have been much better off having never worked for them.

I work for Decker (for now )they lie to you and they steal your money don't come here it is a real bad place to work .here's what they did to me .I have verifiable 30 years of driving experience .they brought me over with the promise of 40 cents per mile .right off the top they stole 2 cents at orientation so now I'm working for 38 cents then too months go by then I see I making 36 cents per mile when I ask them about the discrepancy they told me that my idle time wasn't exactly were it was supposed to be so they stole another 2 cents from Me now I'm down to 36 cents .per mile I was making that back in 1985 .my pay checks have been running right at 200 dollars to 350 400 dollars and I'm practically living 6 to 8 weeks at a time in there truck they're average trip is a bout 300 to 500 miles you wait half a day to get loaded like at Walmart and you wate half a day to get UNloaded this company really stinks people don't come here.
