I know Swift has a dedicated run from Van Nuys, CA to Phoenix with 3 round trips per week, home on weekends. I'm not sure if this is available for someone based in Phoenix.

They also run shuttles out of Phoenix to Desert Center, CA and back and I believe toward El Paso (not sure the drop and hook location). The shuttles meet drivers from LA (in Desert Center) or El Paso (not sure where) and swap trailers. I know drivers that have finished training and gone straight into those programs.
