Worked for Swift for going on 4 months now. Only have tried to get home twice but both times I have said I need to be home, I've had a load home that gets me there either a day early or on the day I asked to be there, delivering early enough that I'm at the front door before 6am. This is two different DM as well.
I live outside of Dallas though, so it's not difficult to find a load in or out of town.
