Derate to 5mph crisis - regen not clearing codes for some reason

There is a patch that will fix issues related to Windows 10. Just need to go online and update the DL .

 

What Windows is installed on your laptop and what edition is it home or other???

 

Dude just book a load to Phoenix and let wrench look at it.

 

I have windows 8.1 . Home edition.

 

I had a problem before when I had Volvo PTT installed on a laptop with windows 10 home edition it would constantly show errors for different commands, I couldn’t even start forced regen or command egr to open. And after formating hard drive and reinstalling Windows 7 Professional and Volvo PTT now flying and everything works. Home edition is missing some network files don’t know which ones for sure but easiest way to get professional edition and reinstall whatever program you need for your truck. All Panasonic toughbooks come with a professional edition for a reason.

Did you get your DDDL software to work? I also have Windows 10 Home and didn't experience the same problem. I just ran my first forced regen on W10. I'm using DiagnosticLink Pro version 08.07.03707-00000 .
