First, shame on your CDL school for not thoroughly checking you out before allowing you to enroll. They screwed you a bit there.
Second, why are you only applying to companies with an online application? Get off your couch and start to go see companies in person. You stand a much better chance of success. If you really want to make it happen, no amount of effort is too much.
desperately need a company with a lenient mvr requirement

CDL school didn't screw him, he screwed himself.

A quality school has an interest in graduating people that are actually employable. This is why I am a proponent of the community college training route. At the CC I went through, when someone expressed an interest in the program, before they were allowed to enroll a student was required to meet with the program director and to have a copy of their MVR at the meeting. The MVR would be reviewed by the director and if there were going to be problems with employment (The Program director was a regional safety manager for 20 years with CF) those problems would be discussed with the applicant.
Being a public school, they could not stop someone from enrolling in the class even with MVR issues so long as they held a current DL and would qualify to get a permit, but it could never be said that a student would not at least know of potential obstacles to employment prior to completing the course. -
quite a few things I need to clear up...
1 the total length of the suspension I had in Arizona lasted for 4 years 11 months and a few days...
2 I admit it is my fault to have caused myself so many issues as a kid, admittedly I made some poor decisions and do regret them but have kept my nose clean for the last 3 years and have worked very hard to keep it that way
3 my school placement director and recruiter both spent a great deal of time with me and reviewing my record before they would let me begin school, (I had something else on my record and found that it was an issue and subsequently had that removed it took me almost 2 months to make it go away) at that point we had 5 companies say they thought everything was fine with me... and then... I don't know what changed
4 I've been applying both in person and online, I've also been to a few job fairs, I've attempted called a few more companies (too many to remember) and asked about whether or not I even qualified
5 I have an attorney and he is working on it, but the prosecutor is ... (insert profanity)
6 I am speaking to a few flatbed companies
7 i'm simply asking for a list of a few companies not criticism of my past decisions or the school I went to, I haven't insulted anyone's past decisions I know everyone has made a few at one point or another in their life mine just happen to affect the career I am trying to start
8 expungement in Indiana can be for traffic as well as criminal
9 I have absolutely no criminal history
I truly do appreciate helpful information -

The only way that the Arizona thing will effect you is if Arizona reported it to your current state to suspend your license until that is cleared up. I had the same problem out of Oklahoma. The Oklahoma suspend my license after I moved to Texas so I had no idea that I had something lurking around. It caught up with me when I got another ticket in Oklahoma and did not pay it. The state sent info to Texas to suspend my license until I cleared it up. Of course the have to give you a window to take care of it. I took care of the new ticket first and found out 2 or 3 months later about the other. I didn't show on my license due to it being in another state. I'm sure this is the same case for your without asking my mother-in-law who just happens to be a public defender in Oklahoma. So I would start asking questions to these employers. Usa Truck at least let me know that I had an aggravated speeding ticket on MVR that I actually beat in court, but some low level functioner deiced that it need to go to Austin to DPS. I called and had it removed and they reran my MVR to make sure that it was gone. I got accepted but found a better company close to home.

Arizona did report it to my current state (Indiana) I cleared it up as soon as I had the near thousand dollars to fix the ticket
