it shows I have a 4 year 11 month +/- a few days suspension on my Arizona drivers license and that Indiana is clean

It may be the issues that you mentioned on your DAC that may be contributing to your problem of finding a job. You may just need to wait until the three years have passed until you can find something. I would not give up. There may still be a company who can get you by their insurance company. I understood that it was a 3.5 year suspension. Now it appears that it was almost 5 years. If there are issues on your DAC coupled with the long suspension, it shows a pattern to potential employers. Regardless of the reason for not having taken care of the suspension earlier, it is hurting you in finding suitable employment. I would start looking for other employment until more time has passed.

so if I understand this correctly....most major carriers will look at the date the license was reinstated? Or will they look at the date the license was suspended? Im kind of in the same boat as the OP but I do not have my CDL. I applied at Central and Im just waiting on my ss card to get here so I can start training. I have been worrying about this alot. I dont want to get pulled out of training for this issue. I just recently got my license reinstated after is being suspended for not paying tickets back in 2006.

depends on the state, depends on the offense...

I should also mention that here in Indiana our MVR records go back a lifetime

talk to your school and see what the placement director says, be forthcoming, be honest, and tell them everything,
