Detention Question For The Brokers

Same here on detention and paper. I use the non-ELD KeepTruckin' app. $100/hr is what I push for. If the broker was hard nosed on the rate then my detention is set firm at 100...take it or leave it. I often will offer to bill it in 15 minute increments.

 

He wrote it for 70 in a 60. Either way, it's utter BS because I was NOT speeding at all. It's going to cost me some some serious coin to fight this and from what I'm hearing from the lawyers it won't matter because it was in Delaware County. I'm not playing any more games with these lying POS State's #####es taking my hard earned money from me. I'm getting a tracker and some cameras that record audio as well. This ticket can literally put me out of business from an insurance rate hike.

 

He claims it was laser and he hit me four times. He also claims he's incapable of making a mistake and his gun was calibrated. Well, something's wrong or he's just a straight up lying POS.

 

That was my first time ever taking that route. I avoid Ohio like the plague. Either way, I wasn't speeding. Period. He's a dirtbag POS.
