Will check that but I doubt it could be the voltage.

I'd remove the fuel return checkvalve, inspect and check function of it.

If the problem is progressively getting worse somethings wearing out.. fast!

Do you mean the check valve at the back of the cylinder head? I have checked that but I will go through it again.
    Will update.

He should also check the fuse box for corroded fuses. Correct voltage to the ecm is critical.

very true.. min voltage is 9.x volts to the ECM if you're cranking and it drops under that then the ECM will not even power up.

It's either voltage or air in fuel. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Check for a cracked pickup tube. It also helps to buy some short pieces of clear line that you can insert wherever there's a fitting.

^^ I Agree ^^^ However did see a broken ECM recently.. No Start, would crank like it wanted to start then go back to just cranking, no error codes (just a stuck oil pressure light)..

Board was heavily corroded, onboard 3.5v battery dead, low voltage over the board!

changed the ECM, Re-primed the system and it started first time!

Only say it as it consumed my life for a few days! Ether didnt help either!

If your air fillters are clean

Then the exhust muffler is pluged... wack it with a hammer a few times and see it any black soot comes out... loosing the pipe before the muffler and see what happens or just replace it.
