Okay, I'll have to see if I can find a twelve volt starter, I imagine a 6v71 one would work as the 12v is just two v6's bolted together. A ton doesn't sound as bad as I thought, could use the same equipment for the engine and the cab as far as moving them.

That's just my best guess. Err on the side of caution it may be heavier.

What NTC Cummins is in there?
Maybe it's a nice Big Cam you would like to offer to a nice Dino soar, lol.? -

Is it possible to set up a pneumatic master and slave cylinder with the clutch on this setup? This would be the first manual I've driven of this size and so I'm unaware of how the clutch would feel regardless.

So I think I'm going to be assembling the engine myself seeing as how I haven't heard from a rebuilder. What do I need to know to get the most power out of this engine? What injectors? Can I fit a v8 blower on a v6? I ask as I've already decided to go with v8 turbos Is the water cooled exhaust manifold worth the extra bulk, weight, and cost as compared to the dry manifold? For an on-road application do I want left hand or right hand rotation from the radiator end? Would it be beneficial to add an intercooler between the turbos and the blowers?

Good luck with that Buzzin Dozen.
I drove one back around 1979-80.
They are heavy on the steer , fuel guzzlers and oil leakers.
We used to say , they aren't leaking, just marking their territory.
Back then it was the 12v , the 1691 Cats and the KTA Cummins that ruled the hammer lane. -
