Got an ‘07 Freightliner Columbia with a Detroit 60 14L. Rebuild has 105k miles on it. Recently with in the last 3 weeks I noticed increased oil thinning/consumption about .5 gallon every 3 to 4 days, and a little more blow by. Oil pan does have a leak, but I’m think I have a clogged crankcase vent. Now I would check it, but I don’t know where to look. Google/Youtube searches have yielded no info at all. All I know is the vent tube leads down to the driver side by the transmission. When I start it I get zero blow by for a good 15 minutes, after that I get a normal amount when I reach operating temps. After a good run, 100+ miles I get a tab bit more blow by. Now minus the leaking oil pan exacerbating the problem, I’m thinking the crankcase vent is clogged. I just don’t know where to check the vent. From what I see the vent tube runs up behind the engine. I GUESSING it runs to the rear passenger side of the valve cover. If that’s the case will I need to remove the valve to clean the vent? Also check the tube/hose for and buildup or kinks? Truck runs great and gets good fuel mileage by the way. I’m just paranoid since I spent a lot on this overhaul less than a year ago.

Is the oil temp ok? Radiator cooling ok? A clogged vent will raise oil pressure and make oil seep from everywhere.

If it was clogged, you'd see less blowby out of it, not more. And as @Rideandrepair mentioned, oil leaks in multiple places

How miles/engine hours has it been since the last oil change?
What weight/grade of oil are you using?
Best to get that leaking gasket fixed, it won’t get better on its own.
