Have you checked injectors? Always start with the less expensive and go from there. Change turbo speed sensor, check air system for leaks, CAC, VPOD, VPOD airlines, turbo actuator, then do a injector cut off test to check if all your injectors are performing good. Fuel pressure, fuel pump, fuel lines. Also open up turbo and check turbo vanes to see if it spins good with out no restrictions.Lepton1 Thanks this.

Can anyone help with a step by step of how to calibrate the turbo and vpod?
-
You would need the proper Detroit scan tool along with the proper software.Y-L Thanks this.

Loosing power like krazy!! Bobtail feels like it’s loaded. I get puffs of black smoke at 8-9-10 gear. Changed egr, vpod, cac, Intake manifold. Told by few techs turbo is ok. Cut out test on injectors said 2 were weak on low idle and 6 were good on high idle.
After shifting at 15 rpm the rpms drop to 9-10 and then I have to work my way up struggling. Last week 12k In the box and struggle to hit 60mph.
ANY HELP!!!!!! -
Did anybody solve or find out the problem??
