When you say "had it deleted" , I am thinking you found a way to bypass unnecessary components which would make your engine perform better ? Can you elaborate ? Thx

Yes. My EGR was plugged and sticking. New EGR and it runs fine. I should of just deleted the EGR entirely but didn't have time for a new turbo , tune etc. My last EGR lasted 2 yrs.Nit2win Thanks this.

I'm having the same problems now. When ever I run the truck for awhile it acts like it's sneezing and hesitation at idle.Lepton1 Thanks this.

I had that problem with my Cummins ISX. The previous owner hadn't run the rack for well over a year. I ran the rack and the mechanic found SERIOUS pitting and chunks of metal on most of the rollers and both cams. After replacing both cams, all the rollers, and the Jake assembly it ran smoothly.
Sputtering and coughing may not be the issue. If you haven't run the rack in a while, then do it. Be prepared to get a wheelbarrow of money for what they might find. -
Read the flash codes off the dash. Search them here and on goggle. If that does not help go to someone with a Nexiq IQ, similar or better electronic equipment and get it checked out.

I had the same issue turned out to be bad injector and bad injector wiring harness. Also double check your turbo. I had to replace mine for a different problem and turbo was checked by 4 mechanics and all said it was working properly. I changed it and bam problem fixed! Buy turbo with actuator already calibrated by the way.

Okay thanks

Did you get your truck diagnosed or how did they find the problem.
