I have a 1995 DDECii 11.1L, I Also have a 2000 DDECiv 12.7 with a hole in the block, the crank and head looks ok (1 rod is very bad), could I put the 12.7 components (head, crank, cam, rods, gears, sensors, ecm) on the 11.1 block and basically have a DDEC iv 12.7? Are the 11.1 blocks machined for piston cooling nozzles?
Thanks! Ryan

My 94 is a DDEC2. Im wanting more power too but i need a 13 speed forst i think. 3.36 gears and a direct drive 9 speed makes this thing turn 2000 rpm at 70mph. But it has no staying power.
I read that unless its been turned up the rpm limits at 1800 but mine will do 2100 no problem. I dont like pushing it that hard so i stay around 1800 to 1900.
Any ideas without swapping to a 12.7 or 14 to get more HP? -
