So the Waterpump was leaking, now the sleeve o rings leaking. You need to get a coolant pressure test. Might be getting excess pressure in the coolant, causing the weak points to leak. What kind of Truck is it?

IMO, may as well inframe it. The amount of extra labour to change out the other 5 cylinders is not much more than tearing it apart to just do the one. If one is leaking, what are the odds the other 5 will start in the near future?

As long as the coolant level is good I wouldn't worry too much about it. It doesn't look like its a huge leak yet. If its a short drive I'd just top off the rad and take some extra along just in case. Maybe stop in a safe spot and check it along the way if it eases your concern.

I’d guess around $2000-$2700. . Head gasket, O rings probably only $200 in parts. Mostly Labor. That’s if everything else looks OK after the heads off. For another $2000, for a whole inframe Kit, and another $1000 -$1500 Labor. Get the whole thing rebuilt. If you need a new head, another $2000. Bull gear another $3000 parts and labor. Just rough estimates. Doesn’t look like it’s wet at all. Just seeping some coolant. The question I have, is what’s causing it? Pressure in the coolant? Or just a bad o ring? Do you notice any coolant getting pushed out of the overflow? Or high radiator pressure, when you take the cap off?

I would put a new dust plug in the weep hole, check the other 5 for missing dust plugs. And just run it. Maybe it just seeped a bit, when it got hot and cold before waterpump was replaced. Save your money, till it’s really leaking for sure. Meanwhile decide if you want to spend the money, or get another Truck. 740k, not that high. Should run a while longer before needing an inframe. It’s passed a pressure test. Run it as is. Keep some extra coolant onboard, just in case it starts leaking worse. It’s not going to leak that much, even if it gets worse. Not going to shut you down. You can always make it home or to a shop.

Let Us know what Detroit says about it. I’m curious. In case it ever happens on mine. Beware of the big sell on an overhaul. Lol. It’s stopped leaking. For all you know, it could from a Truck wash. Not having the dust plug in it. That reminds me, I’m missing one on mine. Had one gave it to my neighbor, and Dealer was out of them. Supposedly they protect the o rings from dust/ debris damage.
