    Removed jakes off of 12.7 and check engine light is on. Anyway to make the codes for this go away? I found one setting under cruise control and unchecked that but there was no change.

    What you need to change is done with a program called "DDEC reprogramming system" or, if you have used it before, "Detroit Diesel Calibration Tool" DDCT is not for faint of heart. Similar to Calterm for Cummins.
