Detroit 60 series regen problem

Morning, I just woke up to this one.
2:59 CST, well I pray you're back operational and I also highly recommend researching what you have to make a living with. Try and learn as much as possible and this site is truly helpful.
I don't do Tech's if I can help it saves me thousands and my reading comprehension skills are as good as any tech, they're not all bad though keep moving forward and learn ALL you can .

I have a same problem. Please help me.

 

I have 2008 Freightliner with Detroit 60. It's regen works fine while I do parked regen. But doesn't work while driving. It shows check engine light on dashboard and a code 51d 514 comes in. As I do parked regen it goes away.

Any updates with your Regen problem, Ihave the same problem, changed all the sensors replaced the turbo new throttle control valve changed the stock 185 thermostats to 190's now will do a auto Regen when driving but still kicks out of a parked Regen but no lights or codes

 

New to the board. Have a problem with regen and the fuel pressure is too low. It runs at 58 to 59 psi which is not enough to initiate the regen. Changed fuel filters, fuel doser module, 7th injector, inspected the low pressure lift pump (which looks like it was replaced yesterday and never been used). Any help would be appreciated.

 

there is a fuel pressure regulator between fuel pump and doser . There is a spring inside that could be broken. happens often.

 

Thank you. I replaced the doser module which the pressure regulator appears to be a part of. I m concerned there is something holding the low pressure relief valve open.
