Detroit ecm causes smoking until turbo spools.

12.7 Detroit. Replaced the ecm and it has a tune on it. It has more power but it smokes alot until turbo spools up and the engine is running warmer. I think it's in the fuel timing and would like to adjust this. I have the Detroit software, could someone point me in the right direction to adjust this
