Gotcha does it run past 550 Cats ?

 

Man, I really wonder why your mpg is bad. My truck with 40klb did 6.9mpg today going 70mph from AL to OH and it's set to 550/1850. It's a 99mk, same exact configuration as BK, but has a bit smaller injectors. Is Volvo that much more Aerodynamic than your Freightliner?

 

Volvos better, should get about .05 mpg better. I’ve gotten 6.3 this week, right on top of 5.6 under the the same load. I need the tune you have. The Guy I bought it from said it’s always gotten 5-5.5 since new. I almost didn’t buy it, but figured it was his driving habits., It should get 6.3 average. Anything more is a bonus.

 

I had mine flashed to the Knox flash and it didn't work. It made it worse

 

Lonox kit will make your truck misfire and run like s*** don't use it

 

I'm here to tell you it's not the program. We put 15 different programs plus the Knox program in this truck and it makes it worse. It's the kit

 

I have changed injectors twice. We checked the cam timing. We checked the turbo put a new turbo on. It's that Knox kit which is a POS. Don't use it 15 different programs and it still smokes and pops and farts

 

That has very little to do with the Knox not working properly
