    For about that much yes. Maybe a scosh under. Think these guys got one done for $12K or $14K, out of frame, didn't include labor for install or taking out.

    Give Detroit a call. I'm sure there's a Detroit shop in your area.

    Local shops might have cheaper labor but probably markup on prices so it could be 6s either way.

    You should find cheap rates in Houston , other than finding a shop near the border you might not find cheaper. Phoenix has good shop rates but plenty of shops in your area .

    Detroit has 4 stages i believe if you go directly thru them. I had a series 60 14L done through them in NY for about 20k. Depends if you do New turbo, injectors, after treatmeant , etc.

    Not much help, but with the one box costing 12,000 and a inframe upwards of 20,000 I would seriously consider looking for a dumpster.
