I don't think there are any to speak of at the moment.
Kind of like trying to fix something that isn't broken.

 

These cell jammers have been around a long time. They are for sale on the net. lots of companies in UK have them. Not against the law to own, but very illegal to use. The pocket size resembles a cell phone. they also have larger ones that restaurants and churches have been secretly installing in the attic or crawl spaces. Just google them. Have thought about ordering one many times.
