You're taking the physical report because you're on meds? I'm just going to wait and do the physical in San Antonio.
-
Thanks for that info Gold_Miner. I found a four part video on youtube about a guy who went through the Swift academy in Tenn. Go to Youtube and type in my swift academy adventure.
There are 4 parts but he recorded a lot. You get to see a small picture of how things are. -
Yeah, I am going to the doc on Nov. 25, my blood pressure has been like 144/91 on average, so maybe he can get me on pills to lower it before I go to class on the 30th. I am also trying to loose weight. I went from 270 down to 240 in the last two months, so trying to get healthier. Walk 5 mile a day now. Figure out that 32 times around a truck is a mile. I just want to pass the physical, do good in school, learn from my mentor and be a good truck driver.
-
Of course you lost weight! You haven't ate in two years! Lol! Sorry, couldn't resist.

Oh, you don't want to be a truck driver. You want to be a professional driver.

Make sure your birth certificate and DD214 are certified versions; the ones with the raised imprint not just photocopies. Definitely take your DD214. You may be in for a surprise!

I picked my birth certificate up in Frankford Kentucky many moons ago and am not sure if it has the raised imprint on it but I also have a U.S. Passport and THAT should do the trick I would think.
What is the DD214 you speak about?? -
Hope you get the blood pressure under control. The meds should help but sometimes it can take a while for the doc to get it right.
-
DD214 is your discharge papers from Military.
