They have Wifi at the Days Inn here. Also have microwave and fridge... Breakfast at 5:30 am... Free...

I hear there are really good breakfast tacos across the street at the Shell station. The bus will get you to the school at about 6:45. Walk out to the smoking area located at about 10 o'clock from the front of the bus by the small building. I'll see you there in the morning and a big welcome to San Antonio. Frank
I had one that had to go home for vision problems and just got another one. There are two people in a room. It has Fridge and Microwaver
I have been out there every break.... We lost 4 out of our class 1st day for medical, 3 today for background stuff, so they are serious about medical, background and drug test. Don't waste your time if you cannot pass these. I got my medical card today... Yeah Lots of material to cover, but the instructors are great. They cover it many times so you are way over prepared.
By the way Vets, be sure to bring your DD214 because you may get a nice surprise. just like someone mentioned earlier. I was pleasantly surprised... I don't want to tell you what it is, because that would ruin the surprise.

Basically people need to tell the truth about their tickets and criminal past. Having a criminal record does disqualify you, but if you don't disclose it they say you are hiding stuff so you are not being truthful. Swift is big on telling the truth. Just disclose everything to your recruiter and they will let you know if it will fly.
I see, I sent her a rundown of everything I have ever done in my whole life, and shes still sending me to millington on the 19th, so I hope its all good..Im just afraid my current job is going to give me a bum reference, They have done it to others in the past, because they are so short drivers the will purposly sabotage people trying to leave...and right now they arnt real happy with me anyway, because at a union meeting the treasuer baited me into an argument, I got pissed off and told the her to "stop sucking the presidents ####..and use the union dues for what they were meant for"...anyway long story short, she turned me in for sexual herassment! (im not much of a people person, hence being in a truck alone should be good for me..lol), Anyway I didnt get fired, but got 5 days off work and 6 mo probation..Im not sure if thats the kind of thing that will come up and get me sent home..anyway..maybe TMI, but I appreciate the opinions and advice..=}
If they put it on your DAC, it could be a problem. Swift does not tolerate discrimination or harassment in any form. It may be a problem. I would ask your recruiter, before you waste your time and energy, just to get sent home. Ain't worth it...
