I'm at 5,925 miles today. It says Dispatched Miles, but it should say Completed Dispatched Miles. My current load is pretty nice. 1,065 miles, and it t-calls at Columbus on the 31st. That is at least good enough for the qualifying, but far shy from a performance bonus. I got a message today saying that the bonus stuff will be offline on the 1st and 2nd because it is being updated. Maybe the wonky numbers people have been getting has something to do with it?
I got the same message. I guess we just gotta be patient and see how this all works out. Anytime stuff gets changed, having a glitch or two is pretty normal. That's life and everywhere, not just Swift. So, new bonus better than old bonus. We'll see....
What is missing is a Gold bonus. Unless you hit Platinum the highest maximum bonus is 3 cpm with a level 1 in performance. I have been in the Gold range for a long time, and it looks like I will start to lose some bonus money from now on. Running GLR doesn't get me as many miles as OTR would, in general. But I do make 8 cpm more than I would as OTR, so I guess I really can't complain too much.
My projected bonus is 4 cpm, but 2 of that is for Diamond. ??? I have never been close to Diamond, and haven't been Platinum for quite a long time. Maybe that is one thing that those updates are supposed to fix?
there isn't a bonus big enough to put up with Swifts stupidity. You are leaving Swift , either now or later but you are leaving.
So my bonus is $130. I was regularly getting a $1,200 check every 3 months and now I'm only getting $390 every 3 months. FKK YOU SWIFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mine was less than $150 as well. I had 5 days in the shop, which can not be overcome in that time period of 1 month. So, why was your bonus so low? What made you run less miles or whatever that killed it? One of the other guys here had a bonus of around $650. So it isn't all bad for all of us. I spoke to my DM about that issue of not getting the performance bonus because of that time in the shop. She will bring it up and hopefully the program can get changed to compensate us for that sort of thing.
It's low because I'm a dedicated driver, so they're screwing me over saying that dedicated drivers are to get paid more on average than OTR drivers so we don't need a bonus as big as they do
Well as a regional driver I make more than a Diamond bonus over OTR drivers, so I won't make too big a stink over a lower bonus amount.
