    Got pulled over today,apparently for speeding in AZ.
    I was doing 60 in 55 zone.Cop did inspection lvl 2 and put 2 violations in report.Speeding and some BS (missing reflective strip on mud guard).He told me "No ticket,no points" but some people are telling me that I will get ticket in a mail.Is it true?
    And also is it going to affect my MVR?

    Definitely CSA "points". Looks like 1 for speeding 1-5 mph over. 3 for missing reflective tape.

    So 4 points x3 for first year, 2x for second year.

    No ticket if citation wasn't issued. Shouldn't affect MVR.

    There are no CSA points for speeding until you get to 6 over. Speeding 1-5 is like an overweight...no points.

    Following an August announcement in which it announced multiple pending changes to its much maligned government-mandated CSA program, which stands for “Compliance, Safety, Accountability,” the Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) said this week that the changes went into effect this week.

    ---snip---

    Along with these SMS-specific changes, FMCSA has identified four other changes that will take effect in September, including:
    -removing 1-to-5 mph speeding violations;
    -lowering the severity weight for speeding violations that do not designate MPH range above the speed limit;

    Well,I guess they didn't remove it as he put it into report.392.2 SLLS1.Exactly like TR said.
    Never mind.So it counts as a violation but without CSA points for carrier or for me?

    Well that explains things. I had a level 3 with a warning March 2015 and never received points. Thought I got lucky and it got lost somewhere.

    From the link provided by PB, no csa score is attached to it. Would still be a violation on psp report. No real significance IMHO
