    You have no worries as long as you don't say anything. Kinda like the recruiter telling recruits not to tell about that one time they smoked weed and when they get to the depot they spill their guts anyway.

    I would agree with you with the exception of DAC. DACs purpose is to instill fear in drivers and has nothing to do with FMCSA guidelines.

    Oh and about Canada, seeing it happened in the military on a military base, they won't have a record of that incident so you should not have an issue with them at all.
