OTR is almost the perfect way to create a divorce. Nobody should think the only people that get divorced are the people that get married WANTING to divorce later, but they seem to think that way anyway. No wife is more than 1 or 2 close women friends telling a good story about how much fun and adventure they started having after their divorce from getting divorced. We all recognize how bad a Lease-Purchase agreement is, a divorce is worse than an L-P because the courts and the woman all make money on breaking the contract. How hard would you negotiate on buying a car if you could break the sales agreement 3 years into the contract and GET PAID by the car dealership when you walk away? How many sales contracts would remain intact until the last payment?
