Did my DPF cause me to lose two drive recaps?

so wouldnt that really be resting temps and not cold temps

 

Look at it this way as an example. Its like your engine. If it’s been shut down in 100 degree weather for a weekend the oil and water may still be at 100 degrees but the engine is still considered “cold” because it hasn’t been used for a while.

 

Resting could be 5 mins after stopping, still hot. Cold is cold. No running, atmosphere dictates the temperature.

 

With the summer heat. My garage gets hot..
In the morning my car says 85 inside the garage. The coolant temp reads 110. After 10 hours.
