As many of you know, Bill drove for TA for 6 months. He never had a problem, a late load, etc. Then he drove for Celadon for almost 4 months. Anyway,he recently obtained a copy of his DAC. Celadon listed him as "satisfactory" under job performance. TransAm listed "other". He recently called them because nobody seems to know what that means, and we all know how bad DAC's can haunt you forever. Anyway, the lady there told him it didn't mean anything and that they put that on all their former drivers' DAC's who never had a problem. So my big question is, if he never had a problem, why not just put "Satisfactory". Is TA throwing him under the bus or is this common? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and be safe.
Did TransAm mess up Bill's DAC?
