Did you ever pay someone at receiving to deliver a load earlier ?

    If it is brokered freight with a confirmation, then its the broker who pays. He can file against the bond the original agreed price plus compensation for the loses.

    I would not offer the congisnee my time to look for a place to drop it, I would tell them it is here, and it is going back to the shipper with a 9am departure and if they need it by the eighth, then it will be late. If the shipper refuses to take it, I would then put it into storage and hold it until it gets paid.

    The broker is trying to resolve this situation.But the reciver is saying that will not take load till Monday. So will see...I still have hope.

    Resolve it with 950 x 3. I don't see the receiver playing ball after all of this...

    So the answer is "no" you do not currently have another load booked. I wouldn't even TRY to book another load until you KNOW what the outcome of THIS load will be.

    To book another till that one is off your trailer would be silly. Seeing you do not have a load booked, the 950 x 3 is good money. Can you net more than that booking another load? If so then raise the 950 to the new number. Nothing to it.

    Just heading back with out confirmation do not do that. That gets ugly if they want it to

    Yes ,I can net more till Monday. I will book a new load only after they will start to unload the trailer .
