What happen if you do not stop at a red light at weigh station Oregon The way-station they gave me a red light and I didn't go into the office I could turn you down the highway I thought the red light was for the driver behind me

They might pull you in at the next oregon scale or maybe mail you a ticket.

I had the same situation happened to me when I was new doing OTR. Matter of fact, might had been at the same weight station

Some States I didn't bother to even go to the scale cuz the sign on the freeway didn't read "weight station" or scale. So I just kept going

Hire a traffic attorney to go for you... I blew a scale in OK a few years ago, didn't go on my mvr as it was just a civil fine. Hiring the attorney is cheaper than taking a day off work.

So first you are asking what happens when you blow the red light and DO NOT go in to the office.
Then you say that you got a ticket for it and want to know the likely outcome?

    Which is it?
    2+2 does not equal 3.
